    Any difference between seated tri extensions and standing tri extensions? Besides the standing vs. seated...?

    And while we're talking about triceps, anyone do elbows-flared pushdowns?

    I think I might try these at the gym tomorrow instead of tricep extentions.

    I personally use the ez curl bar for them. I save them until after my cable extensions. Holy shit do they hurt.

    Reverse Tri w/Cables, Overhead Dumbell Press, Skull Crushers, Rope Tri Extension on Cables...

    I'm going to guess no. Now seated/standing vs laying will have a difference.

    anybody ever try reverse grip bb bench? i think they work pretty good too...but the thing that really has hit my triceps has been weighted dips.

    I usually try to do them, but if i'm pressed for time, the extensions are easy to set up and i'm able to do them fast

    For me, i have better form doing the skullcrushers
