In a few months, I'll be travelling for 3 months in Europe. In that time, I obviously wont have access to a gym.

What items can I pack that are light and small that can give me somewhat of a decent workout while I'm away.

Any thoughts on the Reebok resistance tubes or any other type of travel equipment?

    :hs:

Working out will be tough, but bands and resistance tubes coupled with pushups and a few basic movements will keep you going.
Your biggest problem will be diet. Tons of alcohol and bad foods when you are over there. Remember, you live once!! Enjoy it and dont worry so much, you have the rest of your life to keep fit.

One arm pushups and pistols (one legged squats).

We are staying in a restored 15th century convent with old italian women that cook for us every lunch and dinner :hs:

Wine everywhere.... even in the classrooms.

    I'm screwed.

enjoy it man... the calories will be a good thing to maintain some weight. I went away for 5 or 6 weeks and lost 35 pounds. I had a wack budget though.
