    i have a few questions.

    Do you work them on your back or shoulder day?

    What can I do to hit my traps besides shrugs?

    be gentle, im a n00b:coolugh:

    well you already kno that you can do

    barbell shrugs (front and behind)
    dumbbell shrugs (front and side)

    you can do upright rows with a close grip and that will hit the front portion of the traps

    :coold: link. I totally forgot about hang cleans....those used to make my traps sooooooo sore. I wish I hadn't done traps today, now i have to wait almost a week to do them :wtc:

    Im a big fan of upright rows and find the best results with shrugs in the 10-15 rep range.

    After adding snatches to my shoulder routine I am finally starting to see some progress with my traps.

    hangs and dumbell shrugs are what i work in, i think deads and rear shoulder raises also work them a bit. and i have been wanting to do barbell rows more too jeeze.
