Transmission problems in latest Mac OS X

    I've been experiencing weird freezing issues and narrowed it down to when running Transmission.

    From reading their forum site, others have the same problem.

    I went back to Azureus and haven't had any more freezes yet.

    I've noticed that lately too, sometimes it work and others will freeze and wont close.

    It's not just freezing itself, but freezing the Finder and Dock too, requiring a hard restart by powering off and back on.

    I went back to Azureus/Vuze. I know most here think Transmission is better but even the problems I had set aside, I think the former throttles speed better as I don't notice any where near as much web performance problems no matter how busy it is.
