Training when sick..

    I fucking hate missing training, but i got some fucked up shit now.. not a flu, but fevern crap..
    Would it make me worse if i trained? or do i gotta wait till im 100% again?

    i dont know if this is a stupid question, but im 4real..

    there's an informal rule that says that if it's below the neck, don't train... if it's above, you're okay.

    i'd just play it by ear... perhaps your body could use a day of rest

    i wouldnt train.
    you can probably get dehydrated easily

    Whenever I run a fever I sure as hell don't feel like lifting weights.

    Plus, you don't wanna spread germs.

    don't lift, a couple days will only be beneficial. Just keep your food up and stay hydrated. Lifting would only weaken your immune system and slow down the fighting of the cold

    depending on the sickness, i try and train thru it and it seems to go away faster.

    not fevers though.

    How about you do the other people in the gym a favor and stay the hell out of there :ugh:

    I hate people who don't stay there asses at home when they are sick.
