Training the UPPER BICEP? Anyone have LONG arms like me?

    This has been a problem for me for a WHILE. My arm's are about as long as a gorilla's so naturally it takes my arm serious fucking work to fill out. My bottom's are great where the elbow joint is - but my upper arm is lagging up top........where the shoulder/upper pec is.......anyone got experiences with longer limbs/building up the upper arm like that? i'd ask Pur but he's 5'2 and timber is 4'5

    ok seriously, no delt smash bull shit in here, im focused when i come in here, which is rare, so lets keep the delt smashing clit pounding whore hating bullshit in main ok, you all know im good for it, lets be serious in here though.............you guys know i have tons of knowledge on this crap, but input is always good to hear from others regardless of time spent training and in this sport

    I do everything by the book and have been for years honestly.....my lower just has good genetics, and they just get swole. who the fuck knows. These are my typical exercises and im just about ready to tweak them however possible with the right suggestions/guidelines from people who have had similiar experiences.....but here:

    I start out with standing olympic (not e-z bar) barbell curls and do about 15-20 reps for warmup,
    then 3 more going down no lower than 5-6 reps on my last set.

    move on to either:

    seated incline dumbell curls really focusing on the pause at the climax of the lift and just hold it out - usually start out with 30lbs'ers, move on to 40's, 45's, 50's, ending out with about no lower than 8 reps for each arm.

    then ill always vary the last exercise between: concentration curls for higher reps, hammer curls, or some cable work.

    My workout is about the same but I end with db or bb preacher on the 3rd excercise... focusing on the slow negatives to 1-2" from full extension... feels and looks like that increases the girth for me.

    Haven't done a bi routine in 3 months tho... need to do some tomorrow.

    Definitely forgot to add Preachers in there, I do them a lot, no clue why I left them out.
    do you do them on a hammer strength machine or with an ez-bar? or barbell?

    p.s. just noticed you live in basking ridge i used to fuck a cumdonkey from there way back when her name was kristina, and my other boy dan lives in the same complex as her - forgot the name of it.........its a large townhouse development

    im 5'10 assrabbit...lots of preachers, lots of hammer curls to hit lower aspects. Not much else you can do but train em

    I mix btwn db precher, bb preacher, and machine preacher (v shaped handle).

    :word: the theory that curls aren't necessary and pullups and rows are enough to make them grow really didn't work for me. I'll need to start doing at least some curls for my lagging biceps.

    hmm, might try the standing bb curls and i've been doing just abuot everything else.
