Training splits

    What are you guys using, 3-4-5 days? Which bodyparts on each day? I need a change. List your routines.

    Im currently on a 4 day split.

    Mon - Legs
    Tues - Chest/Abs
    Wed - Off
    Thurs - Bi/Tris
    Fri - Back/Shoulders + Abs

    I think your split may work better switching monday and friday so you can give your back a rest.
