been trying to train harder ever since they made me a supervisor at work let me make the schedules. Last three weeks I boxed on monday wendsday and on tuesday thursday friday I did muay thai. Now this week monday through thursday I will be boxing and on tuesday thursday and friday I will be doing muay thai. I think im going to end up getting 10 hours of striking training a week for the next three weeks. Lets see how it goes
