Soon I will be entering the Sheriff's academy, I will only have weekends off, I am kind of worried about loosing to much weight with PT every morning and stuff, being that it's like a full-time job keeping my weight on. The academy is going to be 6 months long. What would be my best option for training on sat/sun? I was thinking an upper/lower split? any other advice you have would be helpful. I can also just say fuck it and take 6 months off if training only weekends is useless.
