training log

    so my first workout log.

    today im doing

    3x15 abs. sit-ups and then same thing on the machine thingy
    3x10 thighs press..dunno if thats what its called.
    3x10 shoulders. machine thingy.

    and then finish off with 30 mins with some cardio.

    so i didnt do the shoulders today.
    i was recomended to not do any exercises that involved my arm for the time being.
    so ended up doing only legs and abs today.

    3x15 wing muscles -hang ups and machine.
    3x15 lower back mechine thingy
    3x15 benchpress
    3x15 flyes

    3x15 shoulder -the one where you pull down
    3x15 shoulder -the one where you press up

    and finish of with 20 min cardio

    think that will be it for today

    so this weekend im not gonna lift anything, but i am gonna do some cardio.

    25.09.09
    30 min running.

    26.09.09
    45min running.

    27.09.09
    gonna try and see if i can do a 60 min run.
