    Rest Day
    No cardio
    Started animal pack cycle and felt bloated at end of day.

    On whey protein, organic PB, blueberries, oats, creatine and H20 shake.
    robeks chicken salade
    2 whole eggs
    4 egg whites
    tuna sashimi and avacado handroll
    few pieces of beef jerky
    curry chicken, no rice
    fat free yogurt, PB and honey

    Started Pur's routine a couple weeks ago. before that I was doing a routine from men's health for 6 weeks.

    Back
    bodyweight pullups 4x12-15
    bent over row db 4x10 80lbs
    front pulldown wide or narrow (switch it up) 3x10 70lbs
    cable row 3x10 80lb
    Dead lifts 3x8 135lbs

    cardio
    30 min on tredmill 400 cals 2.5 miles
    weighted jump rope, 6x30 seconds w/ 1 min rest

    weight after workout 211lbs

    ON whey, blueberries, banana, oats, creatine, h20
    Baja fresh Mango salsa chicken salade
    ON whey, carb poweder, h20
    Chicken breast, brocoli, carrots, light vegtable dressing, brown rice
    PB, nonfat yogurt, raw honey, Apple
    4 whole organic eggs, 1 egg white

    Notes: still feeling bloated at the end of the day after my last meal and right before bed. Maybe its the creatine?

    Burpees
    lunges 20lbs
    wall balls
    medicine ball throws
    plank
    DB woodchopper

    10 min run tredmill

    On whey shake w/ oats
    muscle milk
    Five guys bacon cheese burger w/ fries
    bulgolgee w/ white rice
    chinese food
    pizza
    ice cream
    chicken and brown rice


    Notes: legs gave out on tredmill

    leg extentions
    lunges

    2.5 miles tredmill

    Oats, milk raw honey
    4 egg whites
    Robeks chicken salade
    babaganoush w, two pita breads
    On whey, carb powder, h20
    2 tuna avacado handrolls
    raw oysters, popcorn shrimp, 2 chicken lettuce wraps
    yogurt, PB, apple

    Decline BB 4x10 185lbs
    Flat DB 3x8 using the 65lbs
    cable crossovers 3x12
    dips 2 sets

    Cardio - circuit 3 rounds
    jumping pullups 1 min
    russian twist w/ med ball 1 min
    DB swings 25lbs 20 each side
    jump robe 1 min
    1 min sprint

    oatmeal, raw honey, milk
    on whey, carb poweder, h20
    robeks chicken salade, soup
    8 chicken wings at gordan beirsche
    yogurt, PB and apple

    10 min run

    Cardio - 50 min run outside
    Notes: felt great during the run

    5 egg whites, one whole egg, apple
    Chicken lotus root salade, two shrimp spring rolls w/ peanut sauce
    pickle, turkey breast deli meat, On whey and PB shake, h20
    1 scoop on whey and 1 scoop carb powder, 2%milk
    chicken breast, broccoli, carrot sticks w/ light veggie dip,
    haagan das ice cream
