    Nothing major

    Split lip
    Fat lip (multiple times)
    Bruised ribs

The biggest problem is my right knee gets really sore. This is an old injury from HS football though and doesn't stop me from training.
I take a little home remedy as a pain killer and feel great.

Right ankle popped during a foot lock.
Knee tweaked during same foot lock.

Other than that, it's been the usual aches & pains.

I took an unintentional headbutt to the nose rolling tonite.

I don't know if it's broken but it's pretty sore. I've taken a lot of shots to the nose but never this high on the bridge or with a head. :eek3: I've had a headache most of the day since then.

I accidentally headbutted my training partners on numerous occasions... mainly because I am so short compared to them. :mamoru:

what a coincidence my instructor is very short  I think I was sitting up as he was driving foreward in my guard, just random.

I wonder if it will be purple tomorrow. It's starting to hurt more now. :noes:

cauliflower ear is not a injury it's a badge of honor.

so far just a torn shoulders
and I lost a big peice of skin on my toe from the ripped mats we train on.

Its very difficult to actually "break" your nose as its mostly cartlidge.
It is certainly possible to bruise it and as its full of nerves, it will be quite painful. You can also separate the cartlidge from bone, but that, again, is kinda tough.

I caught something of an intentional headbutt from my pit bull. Standing over her, she whipped her head up and back and caught me square in the nose. I saw stars and my nose was bleeding like hell. It was swolen the next day, but ice and ibuprofen kept things in check. It was back to normal in under a week.
