    Johnson is swole...kinda odd shape to him but a monster...



    As far as their training I've talked to a couple folks I know on the FB team along with some other athletes and the stuff they do doesn't make a lot of sense. For example,players are not allowed to squat over 500 even in the offseason. It explains why out line is usually undersized and a lot of them don't gain a single pound in a 4 years or even drop some weight while lineman at other schools (UGA :wtc:) usually gain a good bit of weight.

    unfortunatly no matter how many curls they do we are still going to get rocked by UGA this year...weak QBs ftl...

    Drew, most of the lineman at Tech are on a weight-loss plan for this off-season. PJ wants smaller, quicker linemen for the option offense, especially at the tackle position.

    But I agree, not being able to squat more than 500 pounds is stupid. They let them raw bench as much as possible even though they're in danger of pec tears.

    I think they're trying to get some of the linemen down to 280.

    it is man...I've been in there a few times and my jaw dropped when I realized how much badass equipment and how heavy the DBs are...

    I'm pretty sure they have scheduled times when each sports team gets to use it. So no they can't go in whenever they want.
