Training 6 years with pictures

    Started off as a skinny ass mofo. Being from Asian background.
    4 days a week weights and 2 kickboxing. Need to get in shape by eating well.
    I could lean up abit more but my strength is up there and I been hitting the weights hard and doing alot of kickboxing to to get the cardio up there.

    You look like more of a weight lifter than a kickboxer, good results regardless

    84kgs
    Body fat around 14 percent.

    I should be leaner and Im working on it. Damn not eating the best of food.

    I love my food. But luckily i been better

    Active Health Club, in north ryde.. but only because its Free. My work pays for membership as a corporate thing, but the gym itself sucks ass, lacking important equipment and shit like that.. im only 77kg (~170lbs) and already outgrown the db's..

    where do you train?

    Anybody can get there. You probably heard it all before. but seriously though. Hard training. Keep the intensity high. Train with a good partner who wants to train hard too.

    Do you train norman?

    I train At Fitness First in Campbelltown as I live down that way. Use to train at Bodyworks in Fairfield when I lived there a year ago.

    yep.. I just started lifting 2 weeks ago actually.. I'm doing a 3 day split focusing on heavy compound movements. I'm working out alone at the moment and it seems to work well.

    Would that be about 5'6" and 175lbs?
    Looking thick, man.
    Do you fight at a lighter weight class though?

    Yeah working out alone is fine. But sometimes you just want to go that extra tad heavy and you need a spot or you want to be pushed to take shorter breaks between sets.
    As long as you keep up the intensity yourself you will do great. Heavy compound movements are always good.

    With upper body usually the basic foundation of compound movement is the Triceps. Train them hard and all your presses will be strong as.
    I know its only been 2 weeks but have you seen any changes ?

    172cm =5 foot 8.

    and 83 kgs = about 183 pounds.


    Yeah I fight at 78kgs.

    yeah im thinking about getting a fitness first membership...but its expensive and i am addicted to free gym :o it makes for a 'creative' approach to alternative exercises sometimes but the staff there are great and id hate to go to a massive gym after this one.. would seem so impersonal and i wouldnt feel as inclined to go there so often..

    hey C4 thats what I first though when I left body works. It was like a second home to me. But when I joined Fitness first in campbelltown I would never look back. Thinking Cambelltown would be full of redneck bogans but surprisingly everyone is so nice there and i have made a lot of friends.

    I love it now. And the facilities are great!!!

    Just as good. Honestly. I do legs twice a week alot too.

    I will try try to get some leg shots tonight.

    I always believed in strong legs. Because strong legs = strong kicks but also it releases alot of testosterone too and plus those guys who dont have legs look plain silly :)

    Lately my math skills has sucked. I was off by a hundred dollars when cashing out the bar too.
    Kg I know is 2.2 lbs... what's the conversion from cm to inches?

    How long you been kickboxing for?
