    In my Nautilus book it says train 8-12 reps....how many sets do you think would be good?

    sooo we talkin' like cinder blocks or cars... I'm confused. My Nautishity book doesn't say anything about lift. Please elaborate.

    Seriously though, look through the archives, or like christophers said in the other thread, look for his base routine. I also have a routine that I posted a while ago, although it isn't as strength oriented. But being an ass will get you no where, ask Christophers. :mamoru:

    Oh, BTW, chest strength has very little to do with a 1RM bench, it is your triceps that are the cause of your weak bench.

    YOu need to look in the back. There is a hidden page. First you drink a nice cup of STFU then you do 100 reps of just the bar. The next week you go up to 125 and do 15 reps without a spot and roll it down your body because it will collapse on you. Then the next week it tell you that in order to have strong triceps you have to practice giving out reacharounds at the local bingo tournament.:)

    anybody have that chart from the t-mag article with rep ranges for hypertrophy/strength?

    but liek everybody said, lift as heavy as you can.
