    This is actually week 2 of my recovery (well, the first time I've worked out in 10 monthes)

    276lbs Target = 200ish 12.5% (not for a looong time :rofl: :fawk: )

    Tuesday
    --------

    Woke up at 8am, had a piece of wheat bread and some PB with 2.5mg of Y and 200mg of C.

    12pm Tuna sandwhich+ 1/4cup of cottage cheese and a cup of coffee.

    5:30 piece of chicken + 1/2 cup of brown rice.

    11:00pm spinach and artichoke dip because my a-hole roommate brought it home and I couldn't resist :madfawk: :wtc:

    Walked 2 miles to and from class this morning.

    Hiking 1.5 miles tonight.

    4 sets of 5 plyometric pushups
    Shrugs 4x10 --30lbs
    Side Lateral Raise 4x10 --20lbs
    Bent Over Rear Delt Raise 4x10 --3lbs
    Upright Barbell Rows 4x10--30lbs

    Gotta start low and slow :hsd:

    Pics so I know how fat I am/was :o

    And before anyone says it I know I look like Piston Honda and Katsumoto from the last samurai :o :fawk:

    Wednesday

    Woke at 9am, took a multi, 200mg of C and 2.5mg of Y.

    11am whole wheat tortilla w/2 scrambled eggs, some spinach leaves, some cheese, and 2 slices of lean turkey bacon.

    3pm 3 hardboiled eggs.

    5pm piece of chicken, 1/2 cup of brown rice.

    7:30pm walked 1 mile (too tired from the last too days to do much more)

    Classic Pushups 4x15
    Barbell curls 4x10--50lbs
    Alternating dumbbell curls 4x10--20lbs (each side)
    Hammer curls 4x10--20lbs (each side)

    100 bridges

    Not doing much today, may walk later but it's raining and there is severe weather forecasted all day/night. On top of that, TUF 3 and Ultimate Fight Night are on tonight :o

    Been slacking slacking most of the last few days except for riding a few miles on my bike.

    11am hungover :o
    12pm 2c wheat pasta + pesto + parm cheese
    2pm Made a Virile Mary Tuna Shake.

    4pm ate some chips and real guacamole

    I really am trying brah, I just got back from riding my bike on some hard ass trails (for me :rofl: ) for over an hour and am getting ready to lift. I'm probably 5-7lbs lighter now too :wiggle:

    woke up at 10am took 5mg of Y and 200mg of C

    11am had 2c of wheat pasta and pesto.

    1pm snacked on a whole wheat tortilla+lowfat cream cheese+garlic+tuna

    3pm Rode my bike on some trails for about an hour. Probably rode 3-4 miles.

    4:30pm ate 1c of broccoli and 1c of cauliflower w/light sourcream dip

    Woke up and took 5mg of Y and 200mg of C at 6am.

    got up at 8am and ate a protein bar.

    Did 100 bridges and rode my bike 1.5miles to class.

    11am 1c wheat pasta + pesto + 2strips + turkey bacon + spinach + 1/2c brocolli

    2pm 1c of Cheesy Tuna Soup

    3pm rode 4miles worth of trails.

    3 lbs of broccoli for 3 bucks, should last me at least a week

    tyson chicken breasts mesquite grilled 9 bucks, tastes great off the foreman

    i think i'd :wtc: if i wasnt able to squat & dead. :noes:

    and yeah, i dont know about attempting a cut on muscle milk. I can do it, but thats only becuase my body has extremely high metabolism & wants me to be a 140lb bloated weakling.

    I'd suggest something like substance wpi since ALL of its calories come from protein. But hey, if youre getting results from the muscle milk, rock it.

    btw: did you catch my thread with the pic of my gf & i meeting swick & gsp? my gf was tryin to cop cheap-feels on gsp. :mamoru:

    I do body squats and ride my bike. A LOT.

    I should have taken a before and after pic of my quads now and 4-5 weeks ago :eek5:

    I plan on doing weighted squats later on. Just gotta take it slow :hsd:

    Combo of poor form on Deads and a lot of manual labor type work over the summer :hs:

    Being pretty heavy just made it that much worse.

    Not doing anything today, twisted my back in a weird way while getting dressed and its hurting really bad :wtc: :mad:

    E+C Fish Oil, multi, 2 servings of whey + water (48g protein)

    12pm 48g shake

    3pm 48g shake + turkey jerky :yum:

    4:30pm Tuna 30g protein
