Toyota will meet its 2007 sales goal of 200,000 Tundra trucks, Bloomberg News reported.

"We're on pace right now," Jim Lentz, executive vice president of Toyota's U.S. sales unit, told Bloomberg in an interview during an industry conference in Traverse City, Michigan. "We're spending the incentives necessary, given the economics, given a down market, to sell that 200,000 vehicles."

The sales push comes despite a 2007 U.S. sales decline of 4.9 percent in the category.
