Anyone ever notice that Toyota paint scratches and chips easily? My dad's '03 Corolla has tons of chips and nicks. My EG which is over 10 years old doesn't have nearly as much. Anyone else notice the quality of paint on Toyota's?

Toyota paint quality is okay. But it seems to be very soft. My 2005 Tundra would chip if you look at it the wrong way.

The paint on my 05 Scion tC seems to scratch and chip pretty easily.

At least it doesn't fall off in large chunks like those old Neons. :)

My Corrola has more paint chips than I'd like too.

The paint on my Buick just fell off too :wtc:

My friend's Neon was blue and gray. Gray because of all the paint falling off exposing the metal. It was horrible!

My over 19 year old original Supra paint is still in great shape.

My car is fairly new, so I wouldnt know. But my whole family drives Toyotas and the paint seems to hold up just fine.
