    Girl who is buying a larger print (16x24)off me wants her shoes touched up to still "Look worn" but not completely like they are.

    Ideas?

    that doesnt seem too tough, you can do it. Just make sure to use a separate layer, Clone tool and for the brush 100% opacity and 10% flow, and just paint that puppy in. and then play with the blending mode and then dodge and burn where necessary. I know you can do it :)

    looks good. See i knew you could do it! In Print it wont matter, and i seriously doubt the girl is gonna be pixel peeping her shoe.

    While on the phone with me earlier, she was very persistent with the shoe thing. They are her Christian Louboutin's and she kind of wants them to look nice.

    from my personal experience of editing clothes on models in my magazines (corporate throws a shit storm if too much cleavage is showing)... It's not as hard as you think to do the minimum editing to get the desired results.

    I guarantee you if you just used a red brush, and gave it some noise with a filter, no one would ever know you did anything.

    Just paint the bottom back in with the brush tool on a new layer. Add noise, gaussian blur the noise a tad for realism.
