What do most torrent sites use for their tracker.. and their website?
this conversation is going illegal....
It should be now.
How is this illegal?
It's not illegal, but torrents are a touchy subject here because we all know damn well that almost everything anyone downloads off a torrent site is copyrighted.
I think most use an updated version of the original torrentbytes tracker. It's been a few years so I may have the original site wrong, but it's something like that.
Should be enough for whatever needs you have.
Just replacing the monitor that came with your Dell with an HP monitor would be illegal to him
Christ, you want to lock 70% of the threads in this forum. You're not the forum mod - let them handle it.
http://borget.info/?page_id=27 is a really lightweight one that's easy to set up, though xbnbt is my favorite.
Thanks for the info mate, gonna try it out
Connecting to the internet is like having sex with everyone on Earth all at once. If there's something out there, you're going to catch it. If you don't have antivirus, go get one.
well I guess if you're you, then I'd agree. However, I have ran without AV for a few years. Every now and then I'll install AVG and confirm that I don't have anything... However I find discretion to be the best anti-virus.
Discretion is well and good until the next self-propagating worm comes along.
and yet my router doesn't pass those through... hmm
Are we talking about you, or are we talking about normal people?
I said I use discretion... You said that wasn't good enough for a self-propogating worm... yet my firewall is.
So we were talking about me
