A friend of minie is sharing some homemade movies and is serving them with a torrent. Is there a good torrent client available? Quick Google search yielded Tomato Torrent, but I can't seem to get it to work.

I switched to the actual bitTorrent client because the other ones are "holey" I guess. OiNK stopped letting users use Transmission and Azureus because of problems with security..which I guess could potentially get you caught transferring data...I've had no problems with it. I liked Transmission a lot but unfortunately they banned it last summer and I havent checked back to see if the issues were fixed.

I stopped using Azureus because it wasnt a universal binary app at the time....havent really checked in with it in a while. Transmission was, but that was the one that they "banned". My bad...

Transmission or maybe utorrent if they have a version for OS X. Azureus is too much of a resource hog.

azureus works best, but hogs a decent bit of ram, i'd go with azureus or bitrocket.
