So it turns out that we have a dental hygenist (who is also a 3rd degree shotokan black belt) at our gym. He does impressions/plaster casts/mouth guards. Assortment of colours, patterns etc.

I'm having one done. It will be a Canadian flag. $120.

I asked the guy if he will take referrals and he says he's up for it. There is a turn around time of about 2 weeks because he does it on the side after hours.

If you're interested, let me know via PM and I'll get you set up.

Screw that. Way too much $$$ for something I won't use professionally.

I'm kind of excited to be getting rid of the shock doctor single. :hsd:

Which Shock doctor do you have?

I have a gladiator custom guard that I don't like. I was thinking about trying a cheapy shock doc.

The Shock Doc MAX or whatever it's called. It's black and green. Can't find it on their website but I found a picture. I ended up cutting off the tether piece.

Mine was roughly 100 bucks too from my old orthodontist. He does the exact same thing... SO FUCKING WORTH IT. I had it for hockey and having a properly done mouthguard helps so much with breathing, its great. And I've used shock doctor ones in the past, these are much, much better.
