    I guess I should start a log here to keep me from being lazy with writing it down anyways.

    Quick rundown.
    Just started up for real in September from not lifting since 2002. I never knew how to Deadlift and rarely if ever did squats back in the day ( especially since I had bad knees due to pro rollerblading "Xgames shit")
    So here I am today fully back into the swing of things.
    Stats:
    Squat - 315 / Bench - 300+? 115 DB's / Deadlift - 385

    I think I said that in the thread, but still I do get bloated with mono with the water but I have always had great gains with it.:wiggle:

    20 Mins elliptical and 10 mins bike, since I stopped the Mono I have dropped 5 lbs and I have been eating clean also keep my Cal intake to about 2k-2300k

    We're somewhat even on upper/lower strength but you'll pass me on legs since I stopped doing them. Keep up the good work and lose some bf.

    Thanks broseff, Im trying to clean for 2-3 months...Im hoping for 400+ squat, 135 DB bench, and 450 DL by Feb/March and Im praying I dont lose some strenfff

    Ugh, did some cardio today and took this week off, then yesterday caught the bug and I feel like absolute shit today...now Im missing the gym. Hopefully I'll feel better and get in some time tomorrow.
