    I'm not real sure what to do for it...it hurts like a bitch right now. Constantly feels like someone is stabbing me in the shoulder with a knife. I just threw it up in a sling to make sure I don't use it. :dunno:

    So how long is normal recovery time until I can lift again? I'm guess like 8 weeks? :wtc:

    I still need to go to the specialist sometime

    How do you know it's torn? If it is torn, then recovery time depends on the thickness of the tear.
