That's my $0.2
Then there's a couple of hundred that are runners up.
don't give any captions or labels to those album covers, dont worry, we will figure them all out on our own
don't recognize any of that shit save for modest mouse and what looks like a daft punk album.
Shit sucked brotato.

The official list
1. Menomena - Friend and Foe (Barsuk Records)
Great follow-up album to the amazing debut album I am the Fun Blame Monster
2. Justice - † (Ed Banger Records)
Could this album top Daft Punk's Discovery? I think so.
3. The White Stripes - Icky Thump (Warner Bros.)
New and different, catchy, upbeat, and solidifies Warner Bros.'s position as the best major label out there.
4. Spoon - Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga (Merge Records)
Most bands that release a behemoth like Gimme Fiction know that it will be nearly impossible to another record that is nearly as good. Nobody told Spoon this.
5. The Dear Hunter - Act II: The Meaning of and All Things Regarding Ms. Leading (Triple Crown Records)
You'd be hard-pressed to find a more eclectic 15 minutes of music than the first 3 tracks of this album outside of an iPod Shuffle.
That is so
I do too. Sshhhhhhh....Tell no one.
