    # 6 & 7 were cool. I didn't really care for the rest. Not my thing.

    Mostly I agree, but it is still cool to see the mutli exposures/single frame stuff that people are doing. Granted that is nothing new and not limited to crappy plastic cameras but some of those posted are really cool.

    I think the draw of the shots for me is not that they purposely look like ass due to the horrible camera but rather that people are still capturing powerful and creative images one by one. I like the fact that I know they did not shoot 1000 frames with thousands of dollars worth of equipment then chose the best one, load it into lightroom, edit the fuck out of it and then put on some fancy flash site. I hate to say it, but with all the "strobists" and pseudo digital pros out there I have gotten bored with nearly every new sub style of photography. I dunno, that is the great thing about photography, is that no one style is correct and in the end, making a great image is far more important than the "quality" of the shot. Also, if you really look at those shots, you'd see that the creativity and skill it took to capture some of them on film is pretty intense. :dunno:

    I don't care for them either but as I've said before, there isn't only one way to shoot. You don't need absolutely crisp, sharp photos for them to be good. You don't need the WB to be perfect for them to be good. If you don't care for the style, instead of calling them shitty, call them not your style. :dunno:

    you guys don't really understand how great these pictures are because you've never shot with a holga. it's very difficult to get results like these

    then what defines good? an image that hangs in an art gallery that lots of people walk by and go oh, wow but don't buy? or images used in national/international ad campaigns etc? I don't see a lot of holga images used there. sorry if it offends the 'artsy' types but to me :

    money=good broke=shitty
    so-

    good, clean, well composed and creative pictures=money=good
    abstracty artistic stuff that hangs on a wall and collects dust=broke=shitty

    Yeah, medium format "art" shots never get used commercially...ever.

    what defines a good, clean, well composed and creative picture? so if I have all of those except creative it is shitty?

    your views on this are completely and embarrassingly retarded.

    and a good photo is all in the eyes of the beholder...again, there isn't one rule, one way of doing photography. If you don't like the "artsy" style, then don't like the style...but don't call it shitty because you don't like it.
