A&P took this photo at 10mm, any way I can remove WA?

    I played around with this in PS, i just can't seem to get it right, am i trying in vain or is there something that you guys could show me?

    I like the fisheye look that's why I didn't change it. It just needed something extra to make it into a decent pic.

    I used the "soft and fuzzy" action in PS along with the "add some dramatic sky" action.

    I kinda thought that is what you did.

    You should have ran the "take out the annoying sign in the center of the image" so that the picture is more pleasing particularly cause the boardwalk is in the bottom 1/3 and the guy is on the right 1/3.

    If it were my pic I would have run that action but since it's not, I'm not about to give away all my top secret actions.
