President's Day so I had the day off. Got the C5 out, knocked off the dust and fired her up. Running pretty rough so I shut it down and pulled the plugs. Had 2 fouled plugs, so I put in a new set of TR6's (only thing I had available), gapped em cold as hell and she ran much better. Rolled through some city streets for a bit and then hit the Jersey Turnpike back up to CT. Beat down some intercooled RX7 with a huge fart can without much effort. Other than that traffic was not as thin as I would have liked so I had to take it pretty easy. One headlight is sticking a little bit, have a bulb out on the front left corner and the CD changer isn't working so I got a few things to tweak, but all in all ... she runs pretty fucking strong up here in the cold weather. Next couple of weeks I'll get it back on the dyno (down in Jersey somewhere) and make sure the EGT's are solid across all 8 holes. I think there may be a minor issue with the plumbing going to the 8 cyl and checking the EGT's on the dyno will answer the question pretty quickly. Good times on the day off.
