I still had fun with it. The range trip just made it abundantly obvious why people mod the fuck out of them.

Just got a bolt buffer, auto bolt release, extended mag release, and new extractor w. spring. All in all, $30 ;)

Bolt buffer, better extractor, new adjustable sear and hammer, auto bolt release, extended mag release, and a few more small/inexpensive mods really make a difference. The buffer gets rid of the "CLACK" and seems to take away the "toy" feel. The sear and hammer will take the pull of the trigger down considerably.

    .

I love mine stock + glass. Its reliable, cheap and gets the job of plinking done just the way I like it. Might do a trigger job and possibly a barrel down the line.

Yeah he is in poor health :wtc: Hopefully he gets better and can re-open his business, his stuff is really good.

He sent me an extra free bolt buffer for the wait, and included hand written post-it notes thanking me for my business. Seems like a great guy :bigthumb:
