All taken w/ the Sigma 10-20mm. Only editing program he had was Picasa, so thats what I used... I have it, never knew it had so many features.

Tell me what you guys think. If YOU saw these pics, would you be interested in looking at the house? :x:

your kitchen pic is too soft.

i see a house that doesnt look like it gets used properly. my place is full of half finsihed projects and stuff, that looks lonely and for show.

there's actually no prep done to the house... thats the way he keeps it/lives in it. :o

he's just an extremely neat/clean person. Can't change that :dunno:

The kitchen shot needs to be taken from a different place I think. The counter on the left is obstructive and confines the kitchen. It looks small in there when I think it's actually quite large.

My only complaint about the photos is the extreme brightness of the windows. But other than that I like them. They are 100000X better than any realtor will take.

    Nice pics.

Just curious, why is there a circle in the grass in the pic of the backyard?

Not bad. They seem pretty bland, but they're way better than any other pics a realtor would use. :dunno:

I think they look great, its just those two interior shots where the light from outside is really blown out, its kinda distracting to me. Otherwise the others look good, I think anyways.

He has a doberman and the dog LOVES running circles for some reason... hence the track ring in the grass.

I think he means the compression for the web. they have fragments all over the place, usually found when a photo uploader compresses a photo or your settings for "Save As" compressing the hell out of it.

I like the shots. they could use a little more color though. they're not professional shots by any means but it gives potential buyers an idea of what to expect. i'd definitely take a look if i was interested.

    Honestly...

They all look like they were taken with a not-so-good P&S camera. I definitely would have NEVER guessed it was a D300.

That being said, to answer your original question, I think the colors are a little much but I suppose it shows off the house and would make me want to look at it.

They all seem a little funny to me. Maybe its picassa? :dunno:

2nd pic is definitely too soft as mentioned, and the pictures from outside are way distorted, I would've shot them more at 15mm instead of 10mm to avoid this on a house picture.

2nd to last one just is angled funny too.
