This is going to be applied on a box art work for a future product we are developing.

    used a 50" softbox and d80 with 17-55

the background most likely isn't going to be used so I mainly focused on the product and the model.

this was sorta my first time doing a photoshoot with an acutal client. Workign with 3 yr olds is EXTREMLY PITA. Anyway CC is appreciated.

If this is for the box cover of the bikes, then maybe light the bikes from both sides. Since that's your subject.

    For the push trike:

The artwork on the area between the handlebars is blown out, cannot tell what's there.
Also, I can see your brolly reflected in the front fender.

I'd drop the ambient a stop and show the subject more clearly.

Why not do a series where you light and shoot the trike only.
Start with that, then drop in a model later on.

    Sitting trike:
First pic: unhappy child is unhappy
Second: Ease up on the saturation and highlight/shadow action, chief!
Third: other than the "hey, are those boobies!" expression...not bad
Fourth: "awwwww yeah...those WERE boobies." (favorite of the bunch)

    Standing trike:
Fifth: Broken ankle and distracted expression make him look like little Forrest...RUN!
Sixth: Did you use the giant-head-distortion action in Photoshop?
Seventh: Almost happy. Or maybe he just farted. Can't tell.
Eighth: There you go. Best of the bunch, though it's a little over exposed. That can be fixed though.
