vert is up there now, i have a video of back when i was fat @ 244 touching my head on the bottom of the backboard
dang, im only 6ft, but when I was 190lbs I remember being able to grab the rim with 2 hands from jumping under the rim flat footed, now at 260... yeah...
what excercises did you do to improve your vert
3 years ago i jump roped every day and thats honestly about it untill this year when i started lifting, i did plyos all through highschool bball only with the team though
i'm gonna do that one day
it's gonna look kinda crazy me being 5'8'' and all
yeah at 5'8, that would put you at like a 50 inch vert
oh god no, i can't get that high
i can grab the rim, though... at least i could 15 lbs. ago...

Im trying to improve my vert by a couple of inches. I'll let ya know if I get my vert that high
i had a 20" vert my sophomore year, i started jump roping, went to 27", did a bunch of plyos and got to 31", started the team workouts and squatting and deadlifting and power snatches and im now at 36.5"
