Don't be a pussy, I'm not going to suck your dick like POTN.

They look like they were taken with a camera phone. What did you resize them with? MSPaint? :mamoru:

Try shooting RAW. Edit them in in LR and/or Photoshop CS3 or CS4.

Dont ever let a online uploader resize your images. Also, you can get a Flickr account to keep all your uploads. There are a lot of people on here that use that.

+1 I use photobucket and I resize my images to be 800pixels on the long edge in most cases. Also photobucket unless you have a paid account limits you to 1mb images which is getting very small these days.

Not very interesting pictures but you need to pay attention to your exposure and white balance bro. I wouldn't rely on RAW to fix these things although it is a great back-up plan. Learn how to do it in-cam and save yourself time in the post.

Just need a more interesting subject man. The color is off in a few but, the main problem is the subject matter.

First time I got my camera I shot ducks lol. Odd

You offered no advice, simply your pictures look like shit, I doubt that helps anyone. I am not a pussy about criticism, it is just quite silly to offer no help in making someones photos better, when they have problems.

Don't bother shooting in raw. That's one less headache you need right now as a new photographer.

Shoot in jpg and shoot in P mode. You can use the scroll wheels to cycle through different programs the camera thinks will work.

The best way to learn is a lot of experimentation. Try takings tons of pics at different focal lengths, aperatures, shutt speeds and ISO.

Yeah, this is what I was thinking. Way too much information for a new photographer to bother shooting in raw.

I'd say shoot in jpg as well in P mode, experiment with aperture p and shutter p.

I guarantee if you shoot in RAW you'll put your D300 down in a week and never pick it back up :o
