Can't find my old thread as I got my old account back. took a few pics today, a little under 5 weeks to go, I've decided to step up the cardio and cut my carbs from 150 to about 120, I'm starting to get worried about my lower abs/obliques. For those who HAVE competed, do you think I am going to be alright for 5 weeks? I feel like I'm behind. Any other suggestions would be great, thanks.
