I'm 5'11, when I started working out I weighted 175 lbs. I've been working out for the past 3 months and I'm down to 149...is that too little weight for my height? My diet hasn't changed at all between 175 and 149, I eat whatever i want, just spend an hour a day working out. And at 149 its not like I'm skin and bones. I'm not hungry, don't feel light headed or anything like that.
