    Too much time spent at the gym! v.DLPRnigs

    I dislike when people start talking to me and I feel like an asshole if I just leave so I talked w/ two dudes for like a waste of 15minutes.

    in other news I pulled 495 raw, 500belt @ 169.7lbs.

    suck it.

    i like chattin at the jim. I've got forever not talking to anyone and have met some people. It makes leg day more bareable.

    Anyways, I'm experiencing problems with getting that full lockout, but no problems off the floor. What's the trick to this? Rack pulls, right?

    rack pulls never did shit for my lockout....

    rev band pulls and pulls from a deficit did because they taught me to come off the floor with more speed allowing me to accelerate through the lockout...

    they might work for you though...

    From a deficit, meaning, what?

    Stand on a platform and get more ROM when pulling since the weight starts from a lower point?

    If so, this have anything to do with, what my buddies call, "pulling off quarters" ? That is, using 25s?

    headphones on, ignore on, don't focus on anyone but me. Works for me. Even when people I know are there I give them a nod and thats about it, they understand.

    that's why i usually can't workout with anyone.. they want to sit and :mb: the whole fucking workout FTL.

    had one great workout partner.. we rocked it for 6 months hardcore.. did the same routine exactly so we both had our headphones in. would just switch up and do assists where needed FTW.

    People try to talk to me all the time when I'm at the gym. I feel bad sometimes for not wanting to talk to them. :hs: I just want to get my routine done and GTFO.

    I never talked to anyone at the gym except for one time when I almost fell down the stairs and someone asked if I was all right. :o
