You'll be ok. I only get on a day or two a week.. so I keep my questions in my head until I can get on.

Absolutely none. Just get leaner cuts. I eat 97% lean hamburger two-three times a week.

i buy the jenny-o turkey burger patties every once in a while. i can't say you'll love them but they're pretty good IMO, i just cook it on the foreman, throw some pepper and ketchup on it and it's good :dunno:

WRT turkey burgers- just watch out. They come in different grades of leanness- some of them are ground meat and skin and are just as bad as full-fat chuck.

Just make sure you cycle it with chicken or pork every week or so. And I highly recomend a PCT after 4 weeks of use.

the only reason i limit my steak intake is because i feel like a woman if i am eating anything less than a 16oz cut (and even that's pushing it), and there's just no way i can fit that into my diet on a daily basis right now.

I hear that.. went to steakhouse on Tuesday and had to get the 9oz filet because it was the only lean cut they had.

Felt like a bitch with the tiny piece on my plate. So tempting to order the 24oz prime rib. :o

If you don't cook them right, they're dry a lot of times; and they do have a distinct taste. I get tired of turkey burgers long before I get tired of lean hamburger.
