I have always hated protein shakes, but last week someone recommended I buy Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein powder/shakes and it's so delicious. I am drinking probably 5 of them a day now. I read the protein thread and it mentioned something about too much protein can cause liver problems and whatnot, but then it mentioned differences between whey and animal proteins. Is drinking too many whey protein shakes dangerous? I don't want to be setting myself up for liver problems and things like that later in life.
