    How's this sound for a back/bicep day:

    Warm-up: 10 pull-ups (1 set)

    Lat Pulldown - 12, 8, 8 (3 sets)
    Cable Rows - 12, 8, 8 (3 sets)
    DB Rows - 10, 10, 10 (3 sets)
    Deadlift - 12, 10, 10 (3 sets)
    Preacher Curls - 12, 8, 8 (3 sets)
    Alternate DB Curls - 10, 10, 10 (3 sets)

i'd do deadlifts first and do 5x5 or 3x5 and a couple sets of 2-3 reps on top of that. DLing anything remotely close to your 10 or 12 rep max will make you want to puke and also your form will most likely deteriorate horribly by the end of the set.

    I would rather go
    light pullovers for warmup
    DL's
    pullups
    bent over row
couple sets of lat pulldowns if you really want

then what ever bicep stuff you want

I do deadlifts first and would tell you to do them first as well. The only drawback is that you're definitely a lot more fatigued after doing deadlifts than most other excercises and your other lifts might go down compared to when you don't deadlift first, but I don't care - deadlifts are the best back exercise and I would rather hit it first and the hardest.

    some people do.

    completely unrelated to this thread.

if rows and chins are hurting your deadlift, you're not doing them right. Ive done it both ways, deads last gives you more energy/stamina for rows/chins.

theres no "order" to do bicep movements either. He probably does preacher curls with a ez curl bar, why NOT do that before db movements?

thats not even the case in this sense. You "shouldnt" be exhausting your erectors during rows and chins. You could say the lats are exhausted, but ive personaly never noticed it.

deadlifts always first because they require the most energy to be exerted.
