too all you guys who have trouble "bulking"

    I just went to taco bell and had a chicken quesadilla and 1 soft beef taco.


    750 cals :mad:

    38 protein
    40 fat
    61 carbs

    the whole thing only cost a little over $4.00. And, it was pretty damn small too. you could easily eat 1500 cals in one meal there. So all you skinny bastards have no excuses.


    i'm cutting BTW :o

    I wish it was so simple. I keep on saying I wanna go get it tested, but my broke ass can't afford it and I don't really know exactly what to get tested. I don't think it's anything related to a thyroid problem. I seem to digest majority of my food and not take 3908390 shits a day, so obviously it's going somewhere :dunno:

    I take 1-2 shits on average, and they really aren't "huge" by any means. My fiber intake is over 80g a day, so that's the least of my worries.

    I make decent money, so it's not really the problem. I know what foods are cheap/calorie rich. I eat insanely high amounts of carbs, moderate protein and fat

    what's sad is i wasnt even full or satisfied after lunch. I prolly could've ate 2 more tacos and a beef combo burrito or something.

    From a blood test there are certain markers that might indicate it but isn't conclussive IIRC.

    80g isn't hard to consume when you are eating so many calories...

    6-8 cups of oatmeal a day, veggies, fruit, and other misc BS
