I am excited!!
damn 1/2 year is a long time, have fun
Holy shit, that's fucking awesome
you lucky bastard you
That's pretty baller. Let me know when you come to Rio before August 7, come train with me at Akxe in Rio.
Also, if you're doing community work in Sao Paulo's favelas...many have sports related community programs to keep kids out of trouble, and there's a couple in Rio that are jiu jitsu based....you could probably find one in Sao Paulo. If you have to help, might as well be enjoying it.
I will be up in Rio for the Rio open. I don't know much about brazil let so i don't know how confident i will be traveling alone.
fuck buddy, thats sweet man.
Where is akxe, i am not familiar.
Akxe is in Barra da Tijuca, in the the college "Estacio"
The head instructor is a 6th degree under Rickson, co-founded alliance, and is a genuine badass. It's weird if there's fewer than 10-15 BB on the mat at any given time. Big gym and nicest dudes.
Tonster and Hillary.....you guys are making me want to quit college and move to Brazil.....
brb gonna go pack
10-15. Wow. How big are the classes?
can i train with yalls? I got to warn you, Im not very good at all.
awesome man...i envy
Classes are only like 25 people, that's the funniest part!
Yeah when Anthony comes up I'll talk to Vini and make sure it's cool. I don't get there until June 10, but goodness I can't wait.
Thats nuts! Hows your portuguese? Mine sucks, but I got a few key go-to phrases.
i'm really serious.....how would i go about going to Brazil to learn BJJ? honestly......any advice/tips/suggestions?
