    that dropped 120lbs while unracking the other side. I don't know wtf happened but holy shit when I looked into the mirror all I saw was :ugh: faces. Atleast 15 people in the weightroom. Christ did I want to :hsughr:

    my workout partner did that in his basement and the bar owned a dresser

    :rofl: the other end came flying up and nailed the mirror! luckily for me it didn't break. only my pride was damaged.

    How much weight can you leave on one side before it tips over? I always thought 45 lbs more on one side was the safest you could have without it tipping over.

    I have pulled the bar all the way to one side (pulled towards the empty end) and left 115 on one side without it lifting up at all on the empty side.

    haha i almost did that one time... the bar was slooowly rising... but i saw it and slipped a 45 back on :mamoru:
