Gonna be four of us going.... I hope I have enough ammo!

    I'm bringing:
    Glock 22
    Remington 870
    S&W MP15

Two other people are bringing an AR and a few Glocks. The ammo above is for my guns -- the other people will have to bring their own for their own firearms.

I need to pickup a case of clay pigeons, too.

the crazy thing is that I'm finding ammo cheaper in the stores than I am online.

300 is nothing, I know. It will all be gone tomorrow.

I need to order a shitload. Problem is that it's cheaper locally than I can find online -- and all the stores have very low stock of it. 300 was most I could get at Bimart. I'm going to Sportsmans Warehouse tomorrow to get some more. The three Walmarts near me are completely sold out :wtc:

Tomorrow is range day here as well. We've been on our .22 100 yard kick lately.. so I'll just burn through 1100-1650 rds of Federal's best. :mamoru:

yea, you can get a whole day at the range for about what I pay for 20 rounds. :wtc:

I just don't see the appeal to a .22... Like I don't think it would be fun to shoot. I want to try one out, but everyone I know has real guns. :hsugh:

You always start out with the big guns... then when you get sick of paying $250+ every Sunday for ammo, you look at .22 conversion kits and rifles. :o

I enjoy shooting 100 yards with a .22 It's not for everyone though... I'll also run 50-100 rds through my carry gun as practice like every weekend. (G30 - .45), and a few hundred through my tec-22 (yet another "fake" gun that's a blast to shoot. :o )

That's where I'm at. I have three guns, and I'm gonna be getting #4 really quick -- this is an addicting sport! But I average around 500 rounds a day when I go to the range. I've taken up shooting clay pigeons because they're cheap and I can get a 100-pack of Remington Target Load 12ga 2.75" for about $16. But the ammo costs are really adding up!

I think I'm comming to the point where I want to buy more guns, I will still shoot a few mags at the range, but instead of throwing lots of ammo through them, I'll look into a .22LR to feed my need to pull the trigger.

I just wish there was a way I could try it out before I spend the money.

I have three loaded mags. :wtc:

    Shit's expensive. I spend my ammo $$ on .45ACP.

I found it for $7.89 per 20 rounds for new Remington.... I thought that was a pretty good deal considering the recent pricing at other retailers. The only thing you can get cheaper is shitty wolf and I'm not that desperate, yet. I remember when .223rem used to be cheap :wtc:
