They played this song on the rock and roll hall of fame the other night on VH1. It was a tribute to George Harrison, and it really rocked. Prince ripped up the solo, much to my suprise.

anybody have this on MP3?? :x:

if so and you can send it IM me at Rev1619...or PM me.

    thanks!

it was an amazing performance, and George is my favorite musician of all time

i realized how good Prince was but I never thought he was that damn good :eek3: if you liked that performance you should check out The Concert For George

its like 20 of his old buddies playing his songs, eric clapton, tom petty and the heartbreakers, paul mcartney, ringo starr, jeff lynne, danni harrison, and a bunch of other really talented folks

Prince can play guitar, pick up a bass, grab a keyboard, then play the drums, in one song... and it sounds flawless. He is a musical genius, however you define it.

:werd: Great concert. I loved their performance of while my guitar gently weeps, and I know Prince is a great musician but Clapton > Prince.

btw, doesn't George's son have an uncanny resemblance to him?

Give me a bit to come up with a list... I have over 500 tracks in my MP3 library of Prince alone. Obviously you would hear more of his true guitar skills from a live show/recording, but I'll nail down some released tracks that you're likely to have heard.
