tofu = bad?

    Well, tofu has a lot of protein in it, but it's soy protein so that is supposed to increase your estrogen levels right?

    Does the increase in estrogen levels really matter?
    So your body doesn't use the tofu protein the same as say, whey protein?

    Reason I ask, is those korean BCD tofu house restaurants are teh win. :bowdown:
    Open 24 hours too! seems like a perfect healthy option for times like after the club. :bigthumb:

    Soy contains phytoestrogens which some people think will cause your testicles to shrink up and fall off. I don't really know, some sites like T-Nation bash the fuck out of soy, some say its better for you.

    It's not like small amounts of it are going to make you grow breasts, but I wouldn't make it my main source of protein.
