    1 teaspoon sugar

    Snack

    3 tbls cottage cheese
    2 servings of baby carrots

    Breakfast: cup of tea, which is water, splash of milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 eggs over easy, small can of Hormel Hash.

    2 Scoop XTend drink mid morning

    Snack: cup of cottage cheese

    Lunch: can of tuna, banana

    Snack: 2 scoop protein shake

    Dinner: modest portion of Chili Cheese Hamburger Helper.

    No workout today ... pretty typical off day for me.
