    Bowl of spaghetti, extra cheese
    5 eggs, fried
    3 slices of toast, buttered
    3 slices of ham, fried
    half an avocado
    half a watermelon (it was a small one)

    1 New Crunch Supreme Wrap, 1 Spicy Chicken Burrito, and 1 Soft Taco.

    protein pancake - basically Atkins low carb mix w/ some whey
    230 cals, 20g carbs, 35g protein

    2 eggs
    140 cals, 2g carbs, 12g protein

    370 cals, 22g carbs, 47g protein

    now thats a breakfast

    I had 2 cups of rice with roast beef dipped in peanut butter and jam. :o It looks and sounds gross but I like it. 1k calories.
