    depends on your goals though klown...someone like gogz or vettedude are in it for a certain purpose...im not talking about people who dont care what they look like...

    how far you want to go? Whats your 5 year plan...as you sit you can take it to 230ish, and props to you for having balls

    I want to get up to to 230 this season then cut back to 205- 210. My 5 year goal is to be 220 with about 12% bf. But right now i might take a break from bulking and maintain because i'm gettting extremely sick of eating so much, literally, like shiting all day. The other day i puked up my massive shake.

    push it to 230-235 but not much more, although when you get to it, we can go over it again. You may add more lbm then fat, you never know

    you need for time in the gym...if your going to be a Pl'er an push big numbers you dont have to be a fat shit but your gonna need a lot more muscle. Not sure if you care what you look like...but consider this....weighing 300 and benching 400 isnt a good thing. I dont know your whole story?

    Basically i think if i cut down i won't have any muscle mass on me, i would like to go to 250, and then cut to maybe 210-215, im 6'4''

    you can keep going if you're looking to get bigger...your fairly lean still and adding mostly quality...if it aint broke dont fix it

    ya im not sure how to answer it chris...he needs serious muscle...hes doing a rather hard routine for that little muscle right now.

    I just switched over to bulking, because I needed to cut my cals down to almost 1800 to loose more weight, and I wasn't comfortable doing that. I need to put on a lot of muscle and then I will go back to cutting. I'll post pics as soon as I can.
