tis the season to be bulking

    what do you eat when you bulk? I'm poor so I'm looking for cheap calorically dense stuff. Got peanut butter obviously, oats, almonds, milk...what else?

    mac & cheese + 2 cans of tuna = the win. comes out to like 1300 calories with the butter and good milk, 55ish grams of protein, and nothing extraoridinary in fats. im a big kid and still love mac & cheese so i can literally eat this twice a day every day. add in a promised land chocolate milk and a protein shake or two during the day and you're at 200ish g of protein, 3000+ calories on the day, and it takes zero effort.

    10oz top round steak, 4 eggs, baked patatoe x3 per day
    60g protein shake + 1 cups oats x 4 per day



    BTW mac&cheese is get fat food not bulking food.

    When I was able to do my workouts, it wasn't get fat food in the slightest. I put on about 12-15 lbs over summer, and the vast majority of it was muscle. What I wrote out was what I ate everyday. The only reason I'm really losing definition is because all I can do is sit around and study/watch tv until I get my surgery.

    almonds are fucking expensive


    get a sack of potatoes (10lb for ~3 dollars)
    take about 4 of them (the ones in a sack are usually the smaller ones), stab em a few times with a fork, cover with napkin, nuke for 6 mins, drizzle a little butter on it, flip over, nuke another 6 mins

    best thing i cook up is in the morning.

    i like those red potatoes get 2 of them cause they are small, 6 eggs, and some mozzarella cheese, cook the potatoes in a skillet like homefries then drop in the eggs scrambled and once the eggs cook throw in the cheese. sprinkle on some seasonings and then slam it on some rye bagels or toast with some ketchup. best breakfast ever and really cheap. also i drink a protein shake with it.

    I just made a breakfast burrito 4 whites 3 yolks, cheddar cheeze all rolled up into a jalapeno tortilla

    oh no, not mcdonalds :(

    i used to go there for two double cheeseburgers, and then end up getting 3 mcchickens and a sundae as well :(
