    delicious tuna teriyaki.

1 Tbsp of soy vay has 35 cals, 1g fat, 6g carbs

Dress the top of the tuna with Soy Vay luxuriously, then sprinkle with some kosher salt. Stir and eat. Takes 2 minutes, tastes fucking great. For added volume, add lettuce and mixed vegetables. Makes a great salad.

I'd second that. If you can find this stuff on your local store shelf, I highly recommend picking some up. It's like the best sauce of all time.

i just bought that teri sauce a couple weeks ago. Made chicken with it but messed it up.

I guess you don't have to cook it?

It can be used as a marinade, but be careful with this one -- since it has a good bit of sugar in it, the sauce itself can burn, causing your food to taste like shit. I'd pour a little bit in the pan if you're cooking with it toward the end, right before you take it off the heat. Uselow heat and keep an eye on it.

I marinated chicken with it last time. Then i wrapped it in foil and baked it in the oven for 30mins. Came out very runny :o

That way works ok. It prevents your sauce from burning. Might want to finish it on the stovetop for a few minutes to dry it out a bit.

Or just use as a sauce. It's great stuff.
